Electricity Manager

Desert Joy is looking for an experienced Electricity Manager to supervise electrical operations and maintenance, ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems, and lead the electricity team. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance. Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical installations and equipment. Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Manage and supervise the electricity team, monitor performance, and identify training needs. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, QHSE requirements, and internal procedures. Coordinate maintenance activities and technical projects with the Technical Manager and other departments. Monitor equipment condition and ensure the availability of necessary materials and spare parts. Identify workplace hazards and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Contribute to continuous improvement and maintenance cost optimization.
