Les tâches: Améliorer ou maintenir les capacités de communication orale et écrite des résidents. Aider à l'adaptation au nouvel environnement et réduire le mal-être lié au vieillissement ou à la perte d'autonomie. Etablir un bilan des capacités physiques et mettre en place un accompagnement personnalisé. Soutenir les familles face à la maladie et à l'évolution de la dépendance.
