Nous recherchons une assistante comptable pour rejoindre notre équipe et accompagner notre comptable dans la gestion comptable de l'entreprise. Missions principales : Réception et vérification des dossiers de paiement fournisseurs (bon de commande, bon de livraison, facture) Préparation des chèques et traites pour validation et signature Tenue du registre des avances fournisseurs (paiements anticipés) Appui à la comptable dans le suivi courant (rapprochements, classement, saisie) Collaboration avec le service achats et le magasin pour assurer la cohérence des dossiers
