Production Planner / Scheduler

As part of the development of our industrial organization, MECANOPRECIS, specializing in precision machining and industrial mechanical manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Production Planner / Scheduler. Your role You will be responsible for production planning and scheduling, working directly with the workshop managers and the company’s various departments. Your responsibilities 1 / Develop short- and medium-term production schedules. 2 / Schedule production orders according to customer priorities, machine capacity, deadlines and technical constraints. 3 / Establish and monitor the workload/capacity of the various workshops. 4 / Anticipate the risk of delays and propose the necessary trade-offs. 5 / Monitor the progress of production orders daily and update the schedule. 6 / Coordinate the flow between the Methods, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics departments. 7 / Identify blocked production orders and ensure they are unblocked with the relevant departments. 8 / Monitor performance indicators: schedule adherence, delays, workload/capacity, manufacturing lead times, etc.
