• Welcome, inform and advise customers on flight offers and services • Make reservations and issue airline tickets via distribution systems • Promote the company’s products and services • Ensure compliance with internal procedures 🎯 Candidate profile: • Minimum of a high school diploma plus one year of higher education • Experience in a similar role or at a travel agency preferred • Proficiency with reservation tools (Amadeus) • Excellent command of French and English (Arabic is an asset) • Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills and professional appearance • Thoroughness, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • Under 30 years old
