R&D Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the industrialization of new products, drive process innovation, and develop a high-performing engineering team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and develop a team of R&D Engineers and Technicians ✅ Manage new product industrialization projects from concept to commercialization ✅ Oversee prototype development, tooling design, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and manufacturing readiness ✅ Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements ✅ Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and problem-solving initiatives ✅ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Maintenance teams ✅ Monitor project performance and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards
