Senior Quality Engineer

Ensure the quality compliance of Oil & Gas and EPC projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from engineering to fabrication, construction, while ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, Welding Books, Weld Maps, and all quality-related documentation. Supervise quality inspections during fabrication, assembly, construction, and site activities. Prepare daily production and quality progress reports. Coordinate inspection activities with fabrication teams, engineering, clients, third-party inspection agencies, and certification bodies. Plan and schedule hold points, witness points, and final inspections. Review and verify WPS, PQR, Welder Qualifications (WPQ), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) documentation. Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and applicable codes. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) / Data Books and ensure timely submission to clients. Serve as the primary quality interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party certification agencies. Participate in internal, external, and client quality audits. Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
